Using the machine
Yes. Compatible with all major bottle brands including Avent, Dr. Brown's, NUK, Haakaa, Nanobebe and more. If your brand isn't listed, reach out and we'll confirm.
A full set of pump parts fits in a single cycle. Spectra, Medela, Elvie, Willow and most other brands. No adapters needed.
Full wash + sterilise + dry: ~90 minutes. Individual modes: wash (~30 min), sterilise (~15 min), dry (~45 min). Sterile storage for up to 72 hours.
No. It has a removable 2.5L water tank you fill at the tap, and a drain hose that runs to any sink or basin. Place it anywhere you have counter space.
Up to 8 standard baby bottles, though 4 at a time gives the best wash results. Also fits a full set of pump parts, or a mix of bottles and accessories. The internal rack adjusts for different sizes.

About as loud as a dishwasher on a quiet cycle. You can run it overnight in the kitchen without it waking anyone.
Yes. Lift the lid and the cycle pauses. Put it back and it resumes after a few seconds.
Tablets & accessories
Yes. The machine requires Super Clean™ washing tablets. Other detergents are not formulated to be gentle enough for baby items and may damage the machine or void the warranty. One tablet per wash, one box (~120 tablets) lasts ~2 months.
Plant-based, triple enzyme formula. Fragrance-free, residue-free, low-foam. No chemical trace after the rinse cycle.
From $0.24 per wash with a single box, down to $0.22 per wash when you buy in bulk. Most parents run 2 washes per day. One box of 120 tablets lasts about 2 months.
No. Regular detergents produce too much foam and leave residue. Only Super Clean™ tablets are compatible. Anything else voids the warranty.
Every 3 months. HEPA-13 filtration keeps the drying air clean. Filters come in 2-packs ($29, 6 months supply) or 4-packs ($50, 12 months supply).
Drop a descaling tablet in and run a maintenance cycle monthly (~20 min). Every 2 weeks if you have hard water or notice white spots on bottles. One box of 30 tablets lasts over a year at monthly use.

Yes. Free delivery on all orders within Singapore. No minimum. That covers the machine, every bundle, and most accessory orders.
We call it our Relief Guarantee. Sealed and unused? Return within 30 days of delivery, free pickup in Singapore. Tablets and HEPA filters can't come back once opened (sealed for safety). Already used the machine? Reach out, we look at every case on its own. Something faulty? Covered by your 1-year warranty, not returns.
We currently ship within Singapore only. We're working on expanding to more markets.
We keep local warehouse stock in Singapore. If a product is temporarily unavailable, you can join the waitlist on the product page and we'll notify you the moment it's back.
Warranty & service
1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects, mechanical failure, and electrical faults. Free pickup and replacement in Singapore. When you register, you choose when the warranty starts: your purchase date if you're using the machine, or your estimated due date if you're still pregnant.
You choose at registration. If you're already using the machine, pick your purchase date. If you're still pregnant, pick your estimated due date so the warranty doesn't tick down while the machine sits in its box. If your baby arrives early, just message us and we'll move the start date.
Yes, at the time of purchase, or within 30 days of purchase when you register your warranty. After 30 days, no extended warranty purchase will be honored. 1-year extension ($35) for 2 years total, or 2-year extension ($60) for 3 years total. The 2-year option is better value.
Contact us via Live chat or email with your order number and serial number. We'll confirm the defect and arrange free pickup. Replacement within 2 business days in Singapore.
Using non-nuviebaby tablets or detergents, physical damage from drops or misuse, and normal wear on consumable parts (filters, tablets). The machine itself is covered for defects.

Yes. Full compatibility with Spectra, Medela, Elvie, Willow, Hegen, Shapee and most other pump brands. Flanges, valves, membranes, bottles, connectors. One cycle handles a full set.
Yes. Small items go on the accessory shelf. Pacifiers, teethers, small cups, and sippy cup parts are all fine.
Yes. The rack adjusts for both standard and wide-neck bottles. Most parents mix both types and the machine handles it.
Works perfectly with glass bottles. The rack holds them securely and the wash cycle is gentle enough for glass.
Safety & certifications
Yes. The machine has auto-shutoff after the cycle completes, and pauses if the lid is lifted mid-cycle. Designed to run unattended.
CE, FCC, and RoHS certified. The steam sterilisation cycle reaches 100°C and eliminates 99.99% of harmful bacteria and viruses.
Yes. High-temperature steam at 100°C kills 99.99% of bacteria. No chemicals, no UV, no residue. The same high-temperature steam principle used in professional sterilisers.
Yes. All parts that contact water or bottles are BPA-free. The lid is PP (polypropylene), the body is HDPE (high-density polyethylene). Both are food-grade plastics.
