Orders & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay for faster checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll do our best to make changes. Please contact us as soon as possible at orders@nuviebaby.com. Once an order is packed or shipped, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes! Once you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details. You’ll also get a shipping notification with tracking once it’s on the way.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within Singapore only. We're working on expanding to more regions soon.
How long does delivery take?
Once your order ships, it typically arrives in 1–3 business days via trusted local courier partners. Please allow up to 48 hours for order processing (excluding preorder items).
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on all orders within Singapore.
Can I track my order?
Yes! You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order has shipped.
Preorders
When will my preorder ship?
All preorder items are expected to begin shipping by August 2025. Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received.
Will I be updated about my preorder?
Absolutely. We’ll keep you informed with any important updates and let you know the moment your order ships.
If I order multiple items, will they ship separately?
Orders containing both in-stock and preorder items will be shipped together once all items are available.
Returns & Refunds
What’s your return policy?
You may return unopened, unused items in original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. Once we receive and inspect the return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Can I return opened or used items?
Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we can only accept returns of items that are new, unused, and sealed in original packaging.
My product arrived damaged or isn’t working - what do I do?
We’re so sorry! Please contact support@nuviebaby.com with your order number and a description (or photo) of the issue. We’re happy to replace any item with a manufacturer defect or fault under our warranty.
Warranty
Is there a warranty?
Yes! All nuviebaby machines come with a 1-year warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship. Customers must register their product at www.nuviebaby.com/pages/register to activate coverage.
