Quick Wash takes 19 minutes, Deep Clean 36 minutes and Steam 10 minutes. Dry runs 45, 60, 75 or 90 minutes, your choice. Bottles are kept sterile for 72 hours with the lid closed.

You do not. Push the hose onto the outlet on the back, drop the other end in the sink, fill the tank, plug in.

Clean Max holds at least six bottles, whatever their shape or size. Up to eight depending on the bottle.

Super Clean™ washing tablets are safe for baby items and 100% plant based. Triple enzyme formula, no added fragrance, residue free, low to no foam.

$0.20 per wash. A box of 120 tablets lasts roughly 2 months at 2 washes a day.

No. Regular detergents produce too much foam and leave residue. Only Super Clean™ washing tablets are compatible with Clean Max. Anything else voids the warranty.

Every three months. Looks grey? Swap it. Clean Max's round filter is HEPA H13 and keeps the drying air clean. $25 for a pack of 2, roughly 6 months.

Drop one descaling tablet in the tank, run Deep Clean, then a plain-water Quick Wash. About 55 minutes, monthly, or every 2 weeks with hard water or white spots.

Sealed and unused? Return within 30 days of delivery. Opened washing tablets and HEPA H13 filters can't come back. Already used your machine? Contact us and we'll look at your case. Anything faulty is covered by your warranty rather than returns.

1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects, mechanical failure and electrical faults. For a confirmed manufacturer defect, we make it right.

Yes. Add a 2nd year for $40, for 2 years total. Buy it with your order or within 30 days of purchase. After that it can't be bought.

Using non-nuviebaby tablets or detergents, physical damage from drops or misuse, and normal wear on consumable parts (filters, tablets). Your machine itself is covered for defects.

Register on our warranty registration page with your serial number (on the back of Clean Max), purchase date, where you bought it, and your baby's estimated due date or birthday.
