The full details of what your nuviebaby warranty covers, what it doesn't, and how to use it. Written in plain language because nobody should need a lawyer to understand their warranty.

Every nuviebaby Clean™ comes with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty. When you register, you tell us when it starts.
Already using the machine? Pick your purchase date. Coverage runs 12 months from there.
Still pregnant? Pick your estimated due date. Coverage runs 12 months from there. The machine sits in its box for weeks or months while you wait, your warranty shouldn't be ticking down in the meantime.
Baby arrived earlier than expected? Just message us. We'll move your start date to when you actually started using the machine. Babies don't always read the calendar, neither do we.
We keep this simple on trust. Pick the date that reflects when you start using the machine, let us know if the timing changes, and we'll take care of you.
Want more coverage? Extensions can be added at the time of purchase, or within 30 days of purchase when you register your warranty. After 30 days, no extended warranty purchase will be honored.

Total coverage: 3 years from your registered start date. Better value than buying two separate 1-year extensions.
Extended warranty pricing is fixed and never discounted. It's already priced fairly.
Your warranty covers defects in manufacturing and materials under normal household use. Specifically:
Manufacturing defects in the machine body, lid mechanism, spray system, heating element, or electronics. Mechanical failure that occurs during normal operation following the user manual. Electrical faults that are not caused by external factors (power surges, incorrect voltage, etc.).
Using non-nuviebaby tablets voids your warranty. Our machine is designed and tested with our Super Clean™ tablets. Third-party tablets can cause residue buildup, blockages, or internal damage that we can't cover. This is the single most common reason a warranty claim is denied.
Physical damage from drops, impacts, or cracks is not covered.
Normal wear items are not covered. The HEPA filter is a consumable that needs replacing every 3 months. Tablet residue that builds up over time and requires descaling is expected maintenance, not a defect.
Modifications or tampering with the machine internals voids the warranty.
Commercial use. The warranty covers household use only.
Step 1: Make sure your warranty is registered. If it isn't, register it here first.
Step 2: Contact us at support@nuviebaby.com or via live chat. Include your order number, serial number, and a description of the issue. Photos or a short video help us diagnose faster.
Step 3: We'll confirm whether the issue is covered and arrange the next steps. Most issues can be diagnosed remotely.
Step 4: If a replacement is needed, we'll arrange it. See below for the process in your country.
For confirmed defects in Singapore, we arrange free pickup from your home. You don't need to ship anything yourself or visit a service centre.
Once we collect the faulty machine, a replacement is dispatched within 2 business days. Most customers have a working machine back within the same week.
This is one of the reasons we stock locally. International brands can't offer this.
Our warranty covers repair or replacement of the machine only. We're not liable for indirect costs, consequential damages, or losses arising from machine downtime. Our total liability under warranty is limited to the original purchase price of the machine.
This warranty gives you specific rights. You may also have other rights under Singapore consumer protection law.
