Shipping policy

Free delivery on all orders over $80 within Singapore.

We dispatch fast from our local fulfilment centre in Ubi, Singapore. Weekday orders placed before 3pm typically go out the same business day. Orders placed after 3pm, on weekends, or on public holidays dispatch the next business day.

We currently ship within Singapore only. If you're based elsewhere and interested, email us at hello@nuviebaby.com and we'll see what we can do.

You'll get a tracking number by email once your order ships. If you haven't received it within 24 hours of ordering, check your spam folder first. Still nothing? Email us at hello@nuviebaby.com with your order number and we'll sort it out.

If your machine arrives damaged, take a photo and contact us within 48 hours at hello@nuviebaby.com. We'll get a replacement to you as fast as possible.
