Sealed and unused, within 30 days
If your machine is sealed and unused in its original packaging, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Email or message us and we'll arrange the pickup. Free pickup in Singapore.
Opened tablets and HEPA filters can't come back, sealed for safety and hygiene, no exceptions. Unopened consumables in sealed original packaging are fine to return within 30 days.
Already used the machine?
This is case-by-case. We don't promise an automatic refund, but we look at every situation honestly. The faster you reach out, the more we can usually do. Most of the time it's a troubleshooting issue we can fix with descaling tablets, a replacement part, or walking through a warranty repair, often same day.
How returns work
Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, your refund processes within 5 to 7 business days back to the original payment method. Faulty machine? That's covered by your 1-year warranty, not returns. See the warranty policy here.
