30-day return window
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. Returns apply only to unopened, unused merchandise.
Condition
The machine must be in its original packaging and unused. If something is genuinely faulty, that's covered under our warranty instead. See the warranty policy here.
Opened boxes of washing tablets and HEPA filters cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Unopened consumables in sealed original packaging are fine to return within 30 days.
How to start a return
Email us at support@nuviebaby.com with your order number and the reason for returning. We'll reply within 1 business day with instructions. You can also reach us on WhatsApp.
Refunds
Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
