Final Update: Cleared & Inbound to Warehouse
Date: October 7, 2025
Good news! Our shipment has officially cleared customs and is now being transported to our warehouse for inbound processing.
This means your nuviebaby Clean™ units are finally on local ground and in the last stage before fulfillment begins. We expect to start shipping orders within the next 48–72 hours.
This will be our final update on this page - the next message you receive from us will be your shipping notification, confirming that your order is on its way to you.
The long wait is officially over. We can’t thank you enough for your incredible patience, understanding, and support throughout this journey. We know you’re going to love your new machines, and we’re so excited for them to finally reach you.

Shipping Update
Shipment Arrived in Singapore
Date: October 5, 2025
Great news - our shipment has officially arrived in Singapore and is now being unloaded at port.
From here, the goods will move into customs clearance, followed by delivery to our warehouse. This part of the process usually takes several days, depending on port traffic and inspection schedules, but we’re thrilled to finally be at this stage.
It’s been a long journey to get here, and we want to thank everyone for your incredible patience and understanding.

At Sea and On Track

Our vessel is now steadily making its way toward Singapore. After the disruption earlier in the journey, it’s reassuring to see progress as shipping lanes normalize.
To give you confidence in what’s coming, here’s a look back at your nuviebaby Clean™ units on the factory line being assembled and boxed. These very machines are the ones on the water today, en route to you.

Recovering from Storm Diversions

Our vessel, which had to divert and wait out Typhoon Ragasa, is now back on course toward Singapore. Shipping lanes are reopening and traffic is moving again.

Typhoon-Related Delays
Shipping Update
Date: September 25, 2025
Dear Parents,
First, thank you for your continued patience. We know how long you’ve been waiting for your nuviebaby Clean™ bottle washer, and we want to give you an honest update.
As shared earlier, our shipment departed for Singapore. Then, in true “of course this would be our luck” fashion, one of the largest typhoons in years swept across China and Southeast Asia. Shipping lanes were thrown into chaos, vessels including ours were forced to divert, and everything ground to a halt for safety. It is the kind of thing you cannot plan for, and it has been incredibly frustrating for us too.
We have been working nonstop behind the scenes to get every part of this expedited, pushing suppliers, lining up logistics, clearing space in our warehouse, only to have a literal natural disaster step in our way. This delay is as painful for us as it is for you.
So here is where things stand now:
→ The vessel carrying your orders is scheduled to arrive in Singapore on October 3, 2025.
→ After arrival, it will take a few days for customs clearance and receiving into our warehouse.
→ From there, we will begin shipping immediately, and we expect all orders to be fulfilled by the following week.
About our updates
We also want to address something we’ve heard from many of you. While we have been sending regular email updates throughout this process, some customers have told us they never received them. We know this has added to the frustration of waiting without answers, and we’re truly sorry if you haven’t been getting the updates you should have. To fix this, we’ve now moved to a more reliable system to ensure everyone receives timely updates. In addition, this page will always carry the latest information so there is one place you can check anytime.

When will I receive my order?
Orders will begin shipping shortly after the vessel arrives and clears customs. We expect all orders to be fulfilled by the week following October 3.
Why haven’t I been receiving the email updates?
We have been sending frequent updates, but some customers reported they weren’t receiving them. We’re very sorry if this was the case for you. To fix this, we’ve changed to a more reliable system and will also continue posting every update here so you never miss important information.

Will I be updated as things progress?
Yes. This page will be updated at each milestone (arrival, clearance, warehouse, fulfillment). You can check back anytime. You will also receive a shipping notification from us with tracking details as your order leaves the warehouse.
Why is there such a long delay?
The recent typhoon disrupted shipping routes across the entire region. Our vessel, like many others, was forced to wait out the storm and reroute for safety.
How will I know when my order has shipped?
You’ll receive a tracking number by email or SMS as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Is this affecting other companies too?
Yes. This storm has caused widespread shipping delays across many industries in Southeast Asia. Unfortunately, our timing meant our container was directly impacted.
Do I need to do anything to claim my free washing tablets?
No. You’ll automatically receive a personalized voucher code by email once orders begin shipping. Simply use it on our website to redeem your free box.
