A genuine fault, we make right. Damage done to your machine is on you.
Your warranty covers faults in how your machine was made.
These void the warranty:
- Using any detergent other than nuviebaby Super Clean™ washing tablets. Other detergents can foam and damage your machine, and coarse powder can clog the jets. - Damage done on purpose.
These are not covered, but your warranty still stands. If a genuine fault turns up later, we still make it right.
- Damage caused by your home's electrical supply, such as a power surge. - Dropping or knocking your machine. - Scratches, cracks and breakage.
