About the filters

How to use it

Switch the machine off and turn it on its side. Press the tab, lift the cover off, and take out the old filter. Fit the new one with its tab facing up. Refit the cover and click the latch shut.

Swapping the filter, under a minute

  1. Switch the nuviebaby Clean Max off and turn it on its side.

  2. Press the tab on the filter cover and lift it off.

  3. Lift out the old filter and fit the new one, tab facing up.

  4. Refit the cover and click the latch shut.

A new one each time

HEPA media can't be washed or reused. Each filter is sealed until you fit it.

Make sure you're getting the right filter.

Find your machine, then buy the filter it takes. The two shapes don't swap.

How do I know which filter I have?

Round is Clean Max. Rectangular is the original Clean. The two shapes are not interchangeable.

Can I wash and reuse a filter?

No. HEPA media cannot be washed or cleaned without destroying the filtration layer. Fit a new, sealed filter every time.

How often do I need to replace it?

Every 3 months. A 2-pack covers roughly 6 months of use.
