The moment that made our founder cry (a little)

After months at sea, countless updates, shifting ETAs, and more paperwork than we ever thought possible - the moment finally came.

And the realization that the very first batch of nuviebaby Clean™ machines had finally arrived home in Singapore.

It’s hard to describe what that meant to us. For months we’ve been living in spreadsheets, customs forms, and production timelines. We’ve read every message from parents asking when they could finally receive their machines - parents who believed in a new brand, pre-ordered months in advance, and waited with incredible patience.

When that container door swung open, it wasn’t just products arriving. It was our promise arriving.

This all began one quiet night long before there was a logo, a name, or a plan. It was late - way past the hour we usually call it a night - and we were sitting on the couch scrolling for something that didn’t exist. We just wanted a way to make life a little easier, a machine that could wash and sterilize bottles without taking over our whole day.

But we couldn’t find anything like it in Singapore. Not one.

So we stayed up until nearly 3 a.m., half-laughing, half-dreaming, sketching ideas, comparing notes, and wondering if maybe we could be the ones to make it happen. That late-night conversation became nuviebaby.

Fast forward to today - standing in front of a real container full of the very machines we once imagined - it’s hard not to feel emotional. From that sleepless night to this very real moment, it’s been the most incredible, exhausting, and rewarding journey of our lives.

We want to take a second to thank every single person who waited, supported, and cheered us on through delays and detours. You believed in what we were building before anyone else did, and because of that, your Clean™ machines are now being packed and prepared for delivery.

We’ve never been more grateful - or more proud.
